Large Area Display (LAD) integrates flight and mission-specific data on a single large display area (typically 20”x8” in size), reducing the need for a large number of individual displays in the avionics cockpit design. 

TEDLinx has designed a Smart electronic interface box (SEIB) that enables the development of smart LAD using commercial off the shelf ‘dumb’ LAD displays. SEIB unit will house Smart embedded electronics interfaced with Main and Standby avionics to render display symbology, control and communicate with commercially available ‘dumb’ LAD. Our Smart LAD has the capability of generating the symbology as per ARINC 661 runtime protocol. 

TEDLinx Multi-function Display (MFD) is a small-screen (CRT or LCD) surrounded by multiple soft keys (configurable buttons) that can be used to display information to the user in numerous configurable ways. MFD can accept inputs in all available formats - ARINC818/STANAG/DVI.

TEDLinx Smart Multi-functional Display (SMFD) is a rugged, programmable unit with a full color Active-Matrix Liquid Crystal Display (AMLCD) capable of displaying a variety of display pages based on user selection. SMFD can accept inputs in all available formats - ARINC818/STANAG/DVI.
