Hardware in a loop (HIL) Simulation
Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation is used in the development and testing of complex real-time embedded systems. HIL simulation tests a system’s hardware by integrating it into a software environment and simulating different real-life scenarios for the hardware to react to.
